The Bronze MWC Ltd Edition Classic Aviator watch is a standout in MWC's collection of Pilot watch models. Made from a combination of copper and tin, bronze offers unique properties that distinguish it from stainless steel or titanium. Bronze does not corrode like other metals; instead, it develops a patina that protects it from damage. This patina evolves uniquely on each watch, ensuring that no two watches look identical over time. This characteristic, along with its resistance to saltwater and brine, makes bronze highly desirable. Despite its vintage appearance, bronze has been used in watchmaking for less than 30 years, though it is one of the oldest metals known to man, dating back to before 3000 BC.

The Classic Aviator range draws inspiration from military designs of the 1940s and 50s. Some models feature a traditional second hand within a subsidiary dial above 6 o'clock, a common design in the 1940s. Other models have a sweep second hand, which started to replace subsidiary dials around 1943. These options allow you to choose a model that matches your style preferences.

The watch's extra-large case size of 46mm (excluding the crown) makes it an imposing timepiece that garners favorable comments, especially from watch enthusiasts. The large dial and luminous paint ensure the watch is easy to read both day and night, as it was during World War II.
