This is a vintage WW2 Doxa military GSTP (GENERAL SERVICE TIMEPIECE) pocket watch. The watch has a stem-winding movement which is running fine and the time keeping is excellent to within 60/90 seconds over a 24 hour period. The jewelled movement is stamped Doxa, Swiss made.
The watch measures 51.8 mm diameter. The case is plated and has wear and surface marking mainly to the back which is quite common for a WW 2 pocket watch.
The crystal is actual glass as opposed to plexiglass and is in sound condition as can be seen in the images. The dial is signed Doxa with Swiss made at the bottom. The watch has its original steel hands.
